Our processing of personal data for these purposes includes both automated and manual (human) methods of processing. Our automated methods often are related to and supported by our manual methods. For example, to build, train, and improve the accuracy of our automated methods of processing, we manually review some of the output produced by the automated methods against the underlying data.

As part of our efforts to improve and develop our services, we may use your data to develop and train our artificial intelligence models, always in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

5. Collection of Data from Children

Tropheo is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children using our services.

For users under the age of 13 (or as specified by law in their jurisdiction), Tropheo services will either block users under that age or will ask them to obtain consent or authorization from a parent or guardian before they can create an account or use certain features. We will not knowingly ask children under that age to provide more data than is necessary to provide our services.

Once parental consent or authorization is granted, the child's account is treated much like any other account, but with additional protections. Children can access features to record and showcase their athletic achievements, but certain sharing and communication features may be limited or require additional parental oversight.

Parents or guardians can change or revoke the consent choices previously made, and can manage their child's information and settings through their parental controls. Parents or guardians can also view and delete a child's data by contacting our support team.

For child accounts that do not require parental consent to be created (e.g., for children who are over the age at which parental consent is legally required), parents or guardians may still have oversight options available by contacting our support team.

We use blockchain technology and other industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
