About Tropheo
Tropheo is a sports achievement and operations platform that issues verified digital records of athletic accomplishments — championships, MVPs, medals, and rings — directly from the organizations that run the competitions.
Built for the leagues, tournaments, and clubs that run competitive sports — live scorekeeping, stats and standings, verified athlete records, and the broadcast and newsroom tools that put them in front of fans.
What Tropheo Does
Tropheo helps leagues and tournaments score every game live, keep standings and stats up to date automatically, and give every athlete a verified record. Organizations run scorekeeping, rosters, voting, Broadcast Studio, a branded newsroom, sponsor ads, and microsites from one platform. Athletes keep a verified career profile across every league and season. Fans get live play-by-play with sport-specific views, an AI commentator, voting on real stats, and Tropheo Overlays.
Our Mission
Tropheo puts competitive sports on the record and gets that record seen. Leagues run scorekeeping, stats, standings, rosters, and voting from one platform, and every championship, MVP, and milestone becomes an official record on the athlete's profile the moment the organization issues it.
Verified Records
Official records issued directly by the organizations that run the competitions
One Athlete Profile
Athletes carry a single verified profile across every league, season, and sport they play
League Operations
Scorekeeping, stats, standings, rosters, and league microsites run from one platform
Our Technology
Every achievement on Tropheo is a first-party record: it is issued directly by the organization that ran the competition — the league or tournament operator — not self-reported. That provenance is what makes each championship, award, and milestone a verified record tied to the athlete, from youth sports to professional levels.
First-Party Provenance
Records come straight from the organization that ran the competition, so the source is the authority
Verified Records
Achievements are issued and controlled by the organizing body and tied to the athlete's profile for life
NFC Integration
Physical memorabilia that links to the athlete's verified digital achievements
Our Community
Tropheo connects the people who care about a result to the moment it happens. Fans follow live play-by-play with sport-specific views, an AI commentator, and voting tied to real stats. Organizations reach them where they already are — Tropheo Overlays for streaming graphics, Tropheo Widgets for embeds on their own site, and Tropheo Notes for recaps published under their own masthead.

Data and privacy
How are youth athlete profiles protected?
When a profile includes a date of birth under 18, Tropheo marks that athlete as a minor. Minor profiles are not indexed by search engines, and the birth date is not published in search results or structured data. The person who manages the profile can also hide the birthday completely, or show only the month and day. Anyone with the direct link can still open the profile page.
What data does Tropheo store?
Tropheo stores what a league needs to run competition: organizations, teams, seasons, games, rosters, scores, and stats, plus athlete profiles with a name, sport, and an optional photo, bio, or birth date. Accounts store a name and email. You do not need a credit card to start. How that information is used is described in the privacy policy.
Can we bring our existing seasons, rosters, and records?
You can import a season's games from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel): name, dates, times, location, and notes, up to 150 games at a time. That import does not bring teams, rosters, or historical stats. Rosters are built in the league hub, including adding several athletes at once. To move past seasons, full rosters, and historical records, email support@tropheo.com with the subject "Bring Our League to Tropheo" and we will do it with you.
