Chepe Zazueta Mazatlán. The Águilas UAS swimming team secured fourth place overall at the seventh ISDE Swimming Cup held in Mazatlán, Sinaloa.

Baldomero Llamas, who is in charge of both the senior UAS swimming team and the initiation school, reported this and added that the team primarily consisted of UAS high school students, all of whom won medals.

"The goal is to build a foundation that will provide us with students in the not-too-distant future who will compete for UAS in University Nationals," added the experienced coach.

Here are the names of the medal winners from the UAS Culiacán swimming school: Irania Lerma, Ximena Robles, Marco Cervantes, Ricardo Varela, and Hugo Bernal. They were led by Baldo Llamas.

The UAS Culiacán swimming school was only surpassed by Alberca Olímpica Mazatlán, Titanes del Pacífico, and Club Cárdenas. Six other clubs participated.
