Sinaloa had a standout start in the Para Swimming event at the 2026 Paralympic National CONADE Games, capturing eight medals during the first day, with a tally of six gold medals and two bronzes. The Sinaloan delegation was present in various events and categories, with four athletes managing to reach the podium to contribute to the state's haul.

Ximena Reyes Hampl and Gianna Sofía Eguino Guarneros were protagonists, each securing two golds. Reyes Hampl won the 100m freestyle with a time of 1:36.84 minutes and later won the 50m backstroke in 58.38 seconds. For her part, Eguino Guarneros dominated the 100m freestyle with 1:52.88 and repeated first place in the 50m backstroke, where she clocked 1:06.10. In the men's category, Carlos Mauricio Ramírez Campaña added a gold in the 100m freestyle with 1:29.15, in addition to winning a bronze in the 100m breaststroke with 3:33.55.

The Sinaloan collection was completed with Braulio Esteban Loaiza's gold in the 50m backstroke, with a mark of 54.83 seconds, while Sebastián Manjarrez Carrillo obtained the state's second bronze in the same event, registering 34.70 seconds. With these results, Sinaloa closed its first day of Para Swimming with six championships and two third places, for a total of eight medals at the start of its participation in the 2026 Paralympic National CONADE Games.
