CULIACÁN, Sinaloa._ Sinaloa's presence continues to gain strength in the Mexican Baseball 5 National Team processes, contributing a significant number of players for the youth and senior categories, ahead of international commitments such as the Pan American Championship and the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar, Senegal.

The coach of the National Youth Team, Tania González Galindo, reported that the final training camp will take place this weekend, where the Mexican representative team that will participate in the Baseball 5 Pan American Championship, organized by WBSC Americas, scheduled from October 12 to 19 in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, will be defined.

Among the Sinaloans who are part of this process are Yair Ochoa, Jacob Rodríguez, Abril Martínez, and Michelle Valenzuela, who represent an important part of the national team's core. González Galindo noted that Yair Ochoa is also expected to return to join the process for the continental commitment. During this training camp, the final selection will also be made for the Mexican team that will participate in the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar, Senegal, where Sinaloa has five representatives in the process, and there is a possibility that four of them will make the national team.

In the senior category, the Mexican team will be under the direction of Professor Jorge Sandoval, while the process also has the support of the Mexican Federation and the participation of Professor Jesús Alfredo Lerma Martínez. Finally, Tania González Galindo thanked the support of the Sinaloan Institute of Physical Culture and Sport (ISDE), support that, she said, allows Sinaloan athletes to travel to national training camps and continue their preparation to worthily represent Mexico and Sinaloa in international competitions.

With this significant presence, Sinaloan Baseball 5 continues to consolidate itself at the national level and opens the door for more athletes from the state to reach international stages, carrying the name of Sinaloa to top-tier competitions.
