Colhuacan Little League and TROPHEO Announce Collaboration
Culiacán, Sinaloa.- The Colhuacan Little and Youth Baseball League, part of Region 3 of the National Association, and the sports app TROPHEO, are announcing a collaboration to take a leap into the modern world of baseball statistics management. Daniela Uriarte, who has served as president of this league, located in the popular Humaya Infonavit sector of Culiacán, for 3 years, stated for TROPHEO that the season kicks off on October 20th:
"On October 20th, official regular season games will begin. With results, statistics, game schedules, and standings that can be consulted from that moment on the TROPHEO sports app."
"For now, we are in the recruitment phase with practices from Monday to Thursday, 5 to 7 PM. Last year we had 42 teams across seven different categories. We're aiming for more."
"Our facilities are also receiving improvements: bathroom remodeling, 100% LED lighting replacement, office renovation, store renovation, repair of both batting cages, and the addition of a third batting cage," added Daniela Uriarte. The Colhuacan League, which has nearly 500 active players, boasts recent achievements including a second-place finish nationally in Ensenada in the lightweight minor children's category. They have also secured a spot to participate in the MLB CUP 2026 national tournament with the Liga Colhuacan selection next October in San Luis, as well as a spot in the FEMEBE Calaveritas national tournament in Aguascalientes next November.
