Jalisco Rout Leaves Dorados de Sinaloa Without Answer
The Leones Negros of the University of Guadalajara put on a resounding offensive display, defeating Dorados de Sinaloa 6-3 in a match full of goals and excitement. The university squad took control from the opening minutes and quickly built a lead that complicated things for the Sinaloa team.
Luis Razo opened the scoring in the 4th minute with a header and scored again before halftime to complete his brace. Alejandro Bravo extended the lead in the 21st minute with a great volley. In the second half, David Osuna brought Dorados closer with a powerful shot into the top corner, but Sergio Hernández and Jahaziel Marchand responded to maintain the home team's comfortable advantage. Óscar Coronel, one of the most outstanding players for the Sinaloa team, scored twice in the final minutes to add drama to the match.
In added time, Óscar Gil sealed the game with the sixth goal for the Leones Negros, setting the final score at 6-3. Dorados will have the chance to bounce back on October 10th when they host Cruz Azul Hidalgo at the Estadio El Encanto in Mazatlán, during matchday 12.
