SINALOA TEAM TRAVELS TO NATIONAL FISHING CHAMPIONSHIP

Chepe Zazueta Culiacán, Sin.- The Sinaloa team, led by Gonzalo “Santa Fishing” Granados, traveled to Manzanillo, Colima, to participate in the seventh edition of the national fishing championship, a qualifier for the Pan-American championship in Panama. The Sinaloa team is composed of: Gonzalo Granados (Santa Fishing), José Sánchez, president of the Culichis Fishing club. Also included are: Edgar Aguilar, Ayax Sandoval, Edgar Duarte, Ramón Coronado, Carlos Hernández, Arturo Vega, Yahir Torres, Horacio “el kochero” Ureta, and Carlos Cota, from Mazatlán, and Pedro Quiroz. The team has received support from the Sinaloa state government, the Secretariat of Fisheries and Aquaculture of Sinaloa, and the Sinaloan Institute of Sports, headed by Armando “el iguano” Camacho Aguilar.
