The 2026 Governor's Cup is all set to bring together the best of Sinaloan baseball in Guamúchil. The event will be held from October 7th to 9th at the Estadio Alberto Vega Chávez, where a passionate atmosphere is expected with the presence of the Mexican Pacific League teams.

During the official presentation, municipal authorities and organizers highlighted the tournament's significance, led by Mayor Lupita López González, along with representatives of local sports. This announcement not only confirmed the dates but also the importance of keeping one of the state's most deeply rooted sporting traditions alive.

On the field will be the four Sinaloan teams from the winter circuit: Cañeros de Los Mochis, Algodoneros de Guasave, Tomateros de Culiacán, and Venados de Mazatlán.
