Guasave, Sinaloa.- The Algodoneros de Guasave have made changes to their coaching staff ahead of the 2026-2027 season of the Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacífico, with the goal of strengthening different areas and seeking better results during the upcoming campaign. The Guasave organization has opted to renew part of its work structure, mainly in departments related to pitching and catcher management.

Among the announced moves, the addition of Isidro Márquez Jr. stands out. He will join the Algodoneros' project after previously having played for Mayos de Navojoa, Venados de Mazatlán, and Águilas de Mexicali. The reliever has experience in the winter circuit, where he has participated in 239 games, accumulating 192.1 innings pitched, 59 holds, three saves, and five wins against six losses. These are numbers he will look to back up upon his arrival in Guasave.

With these adjustments, Algodoneros aims to present a renewed structure to face a new season and compete for important objectives within the LAMP. The front office is confident that the experience of its members and the modifications made will allow for improved collective performance, as the team continues to build its roster for the start of the 2026-2027 campaign.
