S.L.R. Sonora.-Coloradas de San Luis Río Colorado were crowned champions of the 3rd edition of the CIBAPAC 2026 women's basketball league. They defeated Ocelotas UNAChiapas 70-62 in the final.

For the now-champions, coached by Alberto Alegría, standout performances included: Paola Beltrán, with 18 points, 8 assists, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals. Anijah Grant, 17 points, 7 rebounds. Gladiador Avila, with 15 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists.

For Ocelotas, Shekina Raquel scored 25 points. And Arianna Macias added 14.

What's next in CIBAPAC is the men's league, in September, which already has at least 33 teams ready to compete from states such as: Baja California, Baja Sur, Sonora, Sinaloa, Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Chihuahua, Tamaulipas, Oaxaca, and Chiapas, among others.
